Lee Denton Music Co. operates this website and storefront, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping and live event experience (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services or otherwise communicate with us.

If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using and accessing any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Our Custom Architecture & Shopify Processing The frontend of our Services is a custom-built web application independently hosted by Lee Denton Music Co. However, we utilize Shopify Inc. as our headless backend engine and secure checkout processor. This means that while you interact with our custom website interface, your sensitive payment processing, order fulfillment data, and customer account data are securely transmitted to and managed by Shopify.

  • Financial information: Credit card, debit card, and financial account numbers, transaction details, and payment confirmation (processed securely via Shopify).

  • Account & Access information: Username, password, security questions, and specific backend account tags (e.g., "Keyholder" status) used to grant you access to exclusive digital content and "The Vault."

  • Transaction information: Items you view, add to your cart, purchase, return, or your digital pass ownership history.

  • Communications with us: Information you include in communications with us, such as customer support inquiries.

  • When you direct or request us to disclose certain information.

  • In connection with a business transaction, or to comply with any applicable legal obligations.

Relationship with Shopify To help protect, grow, and improve our business, we use certain Shopify enhanced features that incorporate data obtained from your interactions with our Store. Security and Retention of Your Information We rely on enterprise-grade security to protect your sensitive financial data during checkout. However, no security measures are perfect. How long we retain your personal information depends on different factors, such as whether we need the information to maintain your account, provide access to your digital purchases, or comply with legal obligations.
