Return & Refund Policy
Last Updated: July 9, 2026
We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience at Lee Denton Music Co. Because we offer a unique mix of physical merchandise, digital access passes, and full-scale live production services, our return and refund policies vary strictly by product and service type.
Physical Merchandise
You have 30 days after receiving your physical item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
-
Note on Sizing and Custom Prints: Because some of our apparel is manufactured and printed specifically for you upon ordering, we highly encourage you to review the sizing charts carefully. We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges based purely on ordering the wrong size or buyer's remorse.
-
To Start a Return: Contact us at support@leedentonmusic.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The Vault Access Pass & Digital Goods
All sales of digital products, including the Vault Access Pass, digital downloads, and exclusive digital media content, are final sale. Due to the immediate, intangible, and consumable nature of digital access, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on these items once the purchase is complete.
Live Event Packages & VIP Tables
Online purchases for live event access, VIP table reservations, and premium in-person experiences are strictly non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled event date.
-
Event Cancellations: If a live event is canceled or postponed by Lee Denton Music Co. (e.g., due to severe weather), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a direct transfer of your package to the rescheduled date.
Equipment Rentals, Stage Builds, & Production Services
Services including but not limited to 360 photo booth packages, stage rigging, lighting arrays, atmospheric effects, and front-of-house equipment rentals require a non-refundable retainer to secure the date and inventory.
-
Cancellations & 30-Day Window: If you cancel your rental or production service contract more than 30 days prior to the event, you will not be billed for the remaining balance, but the initial retainer remains non-refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will require full payment of the remaining contract balance, as this window is too narrow for our team to rebook the inventory and production crew.
-
Damage Deposits: Certain equipment rentals (such as CO2 guns, atmospheric machines, and audio gear) may require a separate security deposit. This deposit is fully refundable upon the safe, undamaged, and timely return of the equipment. If equipment is returned damaged, altered, or late, the deposit will be applied toward repair or replacement costs.
-
Contract Supremacy: If you have signed a specific Service Agreement or Contract with Lee Denton Music Co. for your event (such as a custom Wedding Production Contract), the terms, timelines, and refund/cancellation policies explicitly stated in that signed contract will supersede and override this general online policy.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your physical order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@leedentonmusic.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your physical return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@leedentonmusic.com.
