Thank you for supporting Lee Denton Music Co.! Please review our shipping practices below to understand how digital access passes, event tickets, and physical merchandise are fulfilled.

1. Digital Goods & Event Access

  • The Vault Access Pass: There are no shipping fees or delivery delays for digital products. Upon successful checkout, your account will instantly be updated with the necessary backend access tags, and access to "The Vault" will be granted immediately. You will also receive an email confirmation.

  • Live Event & VIP Table Reservations: Delivery methods for live event access vary by show. In most cases, your purchase confirmation email serves as your proof of purchase, and your name will be held at the venue door on the night of the event. However, depending on the specific event requirements, you may instead receive digital tickets with scannable barcodes via email, or physical tickets mailed to your shipping address. The specific delivery method for your event will always be clearly stated at checkout and in your confirmation email.

2. Physical Merchandise (Print-On-Demand)

To ensure the absolute highest print quality for our custom apparel and designs, our physical merchandise is manufactured and printed custom on-demand upon order.

  • Processing Times: Please allow 2 to 7 business days for your apparel items to be printed and packaged before they are transferred to the shipping carrier.

  • Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping across the United States typically takes 3 to 5 business days once the carrier receives the item.

  • Tracking Your Order: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your physical merchandise ships out.

3. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Lee Denton Music Co. is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if the carrier loses your package, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
